No Subscription Fees. No Gimmicks. Just Real Healthcare You Actually Use.
If you’ve ever paid $100+ a month to a telehealth clinic—just to “hold your spot” or maybe talk to someone when you need help—you’ve probably felt it:
That sinking realization that you're not actually getting your money’s worth.
At [Optima Vida Healthcare], we do things differently.
No monthly subscription. No hidden charges. No automatic renewals.
Just care when you need it—nothing more, nothing less.
Why Subscription-Based Healthcare Isn’t Always Patient-Friendly
Let’s be honest: most telehealth “subscriptions” are glorified access fees.
You’re charged a flat monthly rate whether you:
Use the service or not
Need medication or not
Have questions or not
In other words—you’re paying just to exist in their system.
And that adds up fast.
You Shouldn’t Pay for Healthcare You’re Not Using
We believe in real value.
If you’re not messaging your provider, adjusting your dose, refilling meds, or needing support—why should you pay for it?
That’s not care. That’s a trap.
Here’s How We Do It at Optima Vida Healthcare
No monthly subscription fees
You only pay for what you need, when you need it. That’s it.Transparent pricing
Our consultations are clearly priced. No fine print. No bloated bundles
You’re not forced into “packages” with services or medications you don’t want.Support without pressure
Whether you check in once a month or once a year, we’re here when you actually need help.
Smart Care Should Be Efficient, Not Expensive
We get it—everyone’s budget is tight. And healthcare already costs enough without being locked into another monthly bill that quietly drains your account.
At OVH, you get science-backed treatment, expert guidance, and optional follow-up—without the fluff.
Common Questions About Our Services
Is everything done online?
Yes. Most services are completely virtual—including consultations, lab orders, prescriptions, and follow-ups. Certain treatments (like testosterone) may require a brief video visit.
Where do I get my medication—and how much does it cost?
We send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice—including options that often cost much less.
You pay the pharmacy directly, and we help guide you to the most affordable and reliable option available.
Do you require a subscription?
No. We don’t charge monthly subscription fees. You only pay for the care or visits you actually use. No gimmicks, no contracts.
Do you prescribe medications like semaglutide or testosterone?
Yes—if clinically appropriate. We offer evidence-based treatment options including GLP-1s, testosterone therapy, and compounded medications for those who qualify.
Can I use my insurance?
We’re a cash-pay practice, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. However, you can use your HSA or FSA cardfor all services. Our prices are often the same or even lower than most people’s copay
What states do you serve?
We currently serve patients in Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Flordia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Montana, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Utah, Washington . If you’re in one of them, we can treat you via telehealth.
Do you offer lab testing?
We can order labs at a discounted cash rate or work with your local lab if you want to use insurance. You choose what works best for you.
How fast can I get started?
Most patients start within a few days of submitting their form. Some even start the same day, depending on the service
Pay Only for What You Use. Nothing More
Tired of bloated memberships? So are we.
Book a visit, refill a prescription, ask a question—when you need to. Not because some subscription tells you to.
