Online Sick Visits for Minor Illnesses (Telehealth)

OVH offers online sick visits for minor, non-emergency medical concerns that can be safely evaluated through telehealth. This service provides convenient access to care without the need for urgent care visits, long wait times, or unnecessary in-person appointments.

Sick visits are designed for acute, short-term symptoms and are not intended to replace primary care or emergency services.

What to Expect From Your Telehealth Sick Visit

After booking your appointment:

  • You will receive an invitation to the Practice Better patient portal

  • Portal activation is required to receive care

  • You will complete required consent forms and a brief intake

  • Your visit will occur via a 15-minute video appointment with a licensed provider

During the visit, symptoms are reviewed and treatment recommendations are made when clinically appropriate. Prescriptions are not guaranteed and are issued based on medical necessity.
