This is your starting point for prescription-strength skin care through Optima Vida Healthcare.

Your initial evaluation includes a comprehensive review of your skin concerns, medical history, current medications, hormonal influences, and treatment goals. Based on your responses and submitted clinical photos, we determine a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific skin pattern.

We treat concerns such as:

• Acne (hormonal, inflammatory, comedonal)
• Melasma and hyperpigmentation
• Rosacea
• Aging, thinning, and texture concerns
• Combination skin conditions

What Happens After Purchase

1. You will complete a detailed intake form.

2. You will receive an invitation to the secure Practice Better portal.

3. You must accept the portal invitation before evaluation begins.

4. You will upload clinical photos (front, right, left, close-up).

5. A provider will review your case and message you with your treatment plan.

Some cases may require a brief video visit if clarification is needed.

After your initial evaluation:

• Refills and adjustments are $25 per review
• Updated photos are required for refills
• Follow-up frequency varies by condition
