Your provider cannot evaluate, diagnose, prescribe, or make treatment recommendations until all required documentation is completed.
Consultation fees cover provider review time and are not contingent upon prescription issuance.
If you do not receive the portal invitation within 15 minutes, check your spam or junk folder. It is your responsibility to ensure that you complete activation and required documentation in a timely manner.
All future communication will occur securely within the Practice Better portal.
Failure to complete required steps may result in cancellation of services without refund.
